Key responsibilities:
Performance Analysis
- Coordinate with businesses to complete financial reporting required by the Corporate and different product groups in an accurate and timely manner
- Investigate and analyse operational performances across different functional/product groups
- Prepare monthly commentary to regional headquarter
Financial Planning
- Manage regional budgeting and forecasting process
- Consolidate, review and challenge submissions from the markets
- Prepare presentations for senior management to report out to headquarters
- Communicate with markets and Headquarter on reporting and performance queries
Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly regional cost reports
- Oversee the preparation of the regional product segment reports
- Assist in making recommendations on template design and process improvement
Business Partnering
- Support strategic development of regional businesses
- Provide analysis on proposed capital investments
Key requirements:
- A qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of FP&A experience within a multinational corporation environment
- Experience in FMCG/ retailing/ F&B / consumer industries is highly preferred
- Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
