Senior FM - IT Financial Assurance (Cloud related)

A Fast growing team is locating a Senior FM to join their team and to provide adequate FP&A and financial management, especially relate to cloud platfotms. Exceptional bonuses.

Job Description:
• Provide financial reporting assistance to facilitate reporting, project support and provide project insight to the accountable leadership teams, whilst acting as governance to the Delivery Teams to ensure compliance to standards are being met when presenting financial and key data
• Work closely with the Club's Finance, HR, Audit and Programme/Project Delivery Teams to ensure project/program’s execution in the preparation of reports and communication in senior leadership meetings, and ensure compliance with agreed actions
• Focal point of contact to liaise with and work with Finance to ensure the Programmes/ Projects are compliant with the agreed Finance governance standards and action plan to address any gaps, issues or concerns
• Propose, agree, implement, monitor and report on key Finance KPls to Programme/Project Leadership Team to facilitate effective decision making to support successful programme delivery
• Prepare Finance Dashboards/Balance Scorecards to provide management with the correct information to make decisions promptly
• Advise and execute the creation, processing, monitoring and governance of commercial contracts with vendors and suppliers. Maintain and review contracts/SOWs and acceptance criteria against payment milestones
• Continuously enhance processes and procedures and bring effective improvements and change
• Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours

Requirement:
• Undergraduate qualifications in IT, Computer Science or Finance
• 10+ years’ experience in financial management / managing large scale projects
• Sound experience of core Project Management principles and their application to successful projects/programmes.
• Qualifications as a chartered accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant a plus
• Project Management experience with professional project management certification a plus
• Previous experience in a PMO governance environment dealing with IT project/programme finances.
• Strong understanding of continuous processes improvement – Six Sigma qualifications a plus.
