Finance Controller - Corp Accounting ( Top Global PE Firm)

This is the world’s leading Private Equity firm located across the world. They are looking to hire a Financial Controller for their corporate accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
· Act as “Controller” and oversee the payment/funding, financial reporting and analysis, audit, budget & reforecast for Asia offices assigned
· Liaise with administrators on local Company Registry filings and matters, prepare board resolutions on corporate
· Work with tax team and advisors to handle corporate tax returns/computations and tax queries
· Prepare the statutory returns (e.g. SFC, MAS) and monitor the liquid capital requirement coordinate with internal compliance & legal Team for regulatory filings/ requests
· Assist in business projects and group requests, e.g. entity setup & liquidation, dividend distribution, rollout of group accounting system & software
· Responsible for maintenance of financial records
· Handling ad hoc projects, including but not limited to KYC/AML requests amd contract negotiation


Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
· Qualified accountant with audit background
· 8-10 + years corporate accounting experience in PE
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
