Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the COO you will be responsible for leading a team of finance staff and have full responsibility for all financial & accounting functions in both Hong Kong & South China
- Train and develop a sizable team of 10+ staff effectively to perform their roles.
- Take lead of business planning process which includes setting up budgets, monitor and analyses business performance, inventories, receivables and working capital as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting which comply with local accounting standard
- Ensure that management information systems are accurate and reliable and business controls are evaluated for their effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for on-going audit process
Requirements
- A qualified accountant with at least 15 years experience gained in finance analysis, audit and accounting in sizable listed companies
- Well balance between financial controllership as well as business partnering
- Good people management & interpersonal skills and willingness to be hands-on and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are essential
