Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and finance business partner
- Oversee a team of 3-4 people to perform financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning
- Perform ROI analysis for the business initiatives and expenses
Finance transformation and change management
- Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy
- process re-engineering by optimizing end-to-end finance processes, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting. CPA is required. MBA is desirable.
- 15+ years of finance & accounting experience with all rounded experience managing FR, MR as well as FP&A
- Experience driving transformation and change management would be highly advantageous
- Strategic thinker with good business instincts with capability in identifying problems and converting them into opportunities
- Strong relationship building skills - excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
