Our client, US-based IT Services Provider, is recruiting for a Financial Controller to oversee the Finance function in Hong Kong and Macau:

Responsibilities:

• Report to Regional CFO
• Partner closely with regional finance team leaders on Financial Operations and Planning
• Manage a team on finance and accounting functions, operations, control and regulations
• Act as a business partner in budget and sales forecast; work closely with regional teams on business planning and analysis
• Ensure practice and procedures align and comply with US accounting standards
• Act as a Finance Lead in various system implementation / enhancement projects
• Liaise with the auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities
• Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Qualified with Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gained from sizable companies, ideally familiar with US GAAP and SOX Compliance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Familiar with systems & MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
