Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting functions
- Prepare sales reports, P&L analysis, KPI analysis and management reports
- Handle budgets and forecasts, presentation deck for management meetings
- Support month end closing activities including accounting schedule and journal review
- Work closly with other departments to streamline procedures
- Assist in ad hoc analysis and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with exposure in Retail / consumer goods industry
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, multi-tasking, attention to details and proactive. A team player who can perform independently and partner with business in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent Cantonese and English
