This role will be working closely with senior commercial leadership team to lead and develop the annual budget and re-forecasts for driving business performance and providing insights on financial data.
Job Duties:
- Conduct analysis on financial performance on turnover, productivity, profitability
- Involve in the budget and forecasting process including planning, budgeting and forecasting of sales, margins and working capital
- Responsible for providing enhanced commercial reporting and insights of key KPIs, including deep dive root cause analysis, identify cost savings opportunities
- Review business performance through analytics reports and identifying key trends and findings for managerial review and decision making.
- Prepare business cases and presentations to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance/Accounting or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in financial/business analysis
- Open to Big 4 audit/consulting
- Strong problem solving skills with strong business acumen
- Ability to generate insights and recommendations that will drive end to end profitability improvement and cost-efficiency
- Experience with big data, identifying insights and storytelling
- Strong/excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with BI tool i.e. Tableau, Alteryx is desirable
