Job Scope
- Lead a team to perform ETL process, preparation and modelling, visualization for data mining / report support to business.
- Define and collect data mart with IT, marketing & sales team for performance tracking & analysis.
- Predictive and prescriptive analytics support and take change of revenue data synchronization for recommendations.
- Raise business requirements / development with IT for new data or report enhancement.
- Support CRM tools & platform development & automation plan with IT DWH (ex. Digital Transformation Project, Tableau, MIS).
- Support on any ad hoc management reports, analysis and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in business / data analytics and with at least 2-3 years managerial level.
- Experience in telecommunication industry is preferable.
- Proficiency programming skill including SQL, VBA, Unix Script and Python.·
- Experience analytics of data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Oracle, Informix, MySQL, Microsoft server & etc.
- Detail-minded with strong numeric and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communications skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
