Resobsibliities:
- Responsible for the financial control, planning & budgeting, management reporting and ongoing forecast.
- Track the actual spend and identify savings by key changes and cost movement.
- Identify and implement cost improvement initiatives from the Racing Business Activity P&L by providing analytics, financial projection derived from dual site operation model.
- Develop and prepare detailed projection for projects and collaborate with business partners
- Prepare the tracking and reporting for the overall capex control
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders on process reviews and cost efficiency benchmarking.
- Map out major cost items that would affect the sustainability of the Racing Division performance.
- Carry out special business analysis / reviews on operational change to achieve productivity improvement / efficiency.
- Provide relevant business and financial analysis to facilitate corporate and racing management discussions and decisions.
- Coach, guide and improve the Finance Racing Team by promoting team work, effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in financial analysis, corporate planning or project management in a medium to large sized organisation.
- Solid financial management experience in major projects / operations, financial planning, modelling, management and control.
- Capable of managing departmental and cross-functional projects, including the timely identification of issues and the proactive resolution of the same to ensure successful project delivery and completion.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus.
- Less experience will be considered as Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager
