Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for AR operations and related reporting
• Prepare AR month end closing and financial reporting
• Handle sales forecasts and analytical reports
• Review the accounting workdone by junior Accountants and supervise the AR team
• Closely communicate with other departments and customers on AR related matters
• Review AR balances and review aging reports
• Support ad hoc assignements and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diplomer in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Around 3 to 5 years relevant accounting experience; small team leading experience a plus
• Experience on Oracle is preferred
• Capable to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communicationa and interpersonal skill
• Good commands of English and Cantonese
