Our client is a multi-brand luxury retailer with global presense. They are currently looking for an Accountant to support Accounts Payable function in their Finance department.
Job Duties:
- Process trade payment, vendors’ invoices and repsonsible for A/P functions
- Check invoice-matching reports and make adjustments if needed
- Process and post invoices interfaced from ERP system
- To follow up enquiries and prepare reconciliation of creditors’
- To prepare monthly concession and consignment schedules
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting and a related discipline
- Over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry or MNC
- Good at Excel; Oracle user a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive and a good team player
