The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's finances, ensuring compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external parties such as auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) is ad advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team and multilingual environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required
