Finance Manager - Group Conso (Must be BIG 4, M2 level )

A leading conglomerate is seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their fast growing team! Will prefer straight big 4 candidate, around M2 to M4 level.

Responsibilities:
Review consolidation and prepare group interim and annual financial statements
Review statutory and management financial statements of head office entities
Research and document appropriate accounting analysis
Interpret and implement new accounting standards
Coordinate with other departments in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, forecasts and budget
Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
Prepare ad-hoc management analysis and reports
Other duties include review of the Annual Report, other stock exchange filings as needed, and develop and mentor all direct reports
Requirements:

University graduate with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in consolidation processing and review, and financial reporting gained from big 4 accounting firms and sizable multi-national corporations
Broad IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience
Well versed in MS Office and experience in using Oracle and Hyperion is an advantage
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests
Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese
