They are hiring for a Senior Officer to join their APAC finance team. Reporting to the financial controller, you will be responsible for month end closing, full set accounting, FRR reporting, and GAP analysis for APAC countries.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist to manage day-to-day accounting function including bookkeeping, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, fixed asset register,
• revenue billing etc.
• Liase with fund administrators
• Handle month end accounting close process including preparation P&L and BS analysis
• Ensure accounting system data integrity, work with various parties to resolve accounting and booking issues
• Maintain sufficient cash flow for operating needs
• Prepare annual statutory audit
• Monitor impact/ GAP analysis for new accounting standards or regulations
• Prepare FRR return supporting in timely manner and monitor liquid capital
• Prepare ad hoc analyses
• Assist to handle SLA payments and other payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related discipline
- 4 years of experience in financial reporting/full set accounting in a financial institution
- Detail oriented and motivated
- Good team player and able to corporate with other teammates and internal/external stakeholders
