Our client is a Top-tier multinational professional firm with excellent reputation and offices across the globe. To support their operations, they are currently looking for a Finance Officer.
Job Duties:
- Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be covering daily operations of accounting functions for the Hong Kong office
- Review and draft invoices
- Process payments and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Communicate with various departments, partners and external vendors for accounting inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 –3 years of accounting experience
- Skilled at MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent English language skills and fluency in Chinese
