Job Overview: The Financial Accountant will responsible for full set of accounting and month end closing. You will report to the Finance Manager. This is a 1 year contract. Possible temp to perm and ongoing contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform financial accounting requirements including statutory audit, tax compliance
• Responsible for book keeping and daily accounting processing including data capture, processing payment, reconciliation
• Responsible for monthly accounts closing and forecast, annual budget, analysis
• hoc project as assigned by Management
• Work with Line Manager to ensure monthly/annually consolidated financial report package submitted on time with proper cut-off, completion and accuracy
• Check and make sure all payments and claims complied with company policy and government laws
• Work with Line Manager to prepare analysis to Management team on time
• Manage other ad hoc management requests from the business and from inter-company transactions
• Explaining to employees for company policies and procedures
• Answering query from employees for daily operations like expenses claims, payment

Key Skills:

• Bachelors degree in accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Solid experience in handle full set of accounts, month end closing
• qualified accountant - strong knowledge of accounting standards
• solid interpersonal and communication skills
• able to work collaboratively to resolve issues with different stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently and effectively despite significant levels of uncertainty
• Strong financial, numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret and act

• able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS office application, especially for Excel, Word and PowerPoint
