• Financial reporting/ consolidations/ taxation focus
• Group level position
• Support on coming merges & acquisitions across the regions
• Big4 trained with commercial experience in property developers/ conglomerates/ HK listed companies

Responsibilities:

• Responsible mainly for the group's monthly closing process and coordinate with other team on the closing timeline
• Responsible for financial reporting and group consolidations under various accounting frameworks, eg. IFRS
• Play as finance business partner for dedicated business units on operational matters
• Prepare overseas statutory audit and oversee all aspects of local financial reporting and related compliance
• Provide technical accounting support for various M&A initiatives
• Support on internal audit and tax matters including annual tax filing, income tax forecast, liaise with tax department etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with exposure in property developers/ listed conglomerates; minimum 3 years trained in Big4
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Highly motivated, hard-working, and a good team player
