They are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to support their business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set Account Management
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory
- Resolve discrepancies and issues promptly
- Month-End Closing
- Coordinate and execute month-end closing activities.
- Review journal entries and analyze financial data.
- Prepare financial statements
- Support internal and external audits
- Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
- Construction accounting knowledge is desirable.
