Finance Manager (up to 60k)

A governmental organization is locating for a self-initiative, independent, responsible and all-rounded talent to join their fast growing team.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Supervise the month-end closing process and prepare accurate and timely management reports.
• Perform planning and budgeting functions, coordinating with various functional departments and worldwide offices.
• Conduct various financial analyses, monitor the performance of business units, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Prepare consolidated accounts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate the year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Support the procurement process by assisting in vendor selection and reviewing contract terms.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Enhance effective internal control and compliance measures.
• Address and manage tax and related issues for Hong Kong and worldwide offices.
• Undertake any other duties or ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor holder in Accounting or Finance.
•Qualified member of recognized international professional bodies.
•Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in reporting and planning, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
•Related audit experience would be an advantage.
•Exposure to multinational/regional head office finance operations.
•Highly self-initiated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
•Mature, independent, self-motivated, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
