- Financial reporting/ consolidations/ taxation focus
- Group level position
- Support on coming merges & acquisitions across the regions
- Big4 trained with commercial experience in property developers/ conglomerates/ HK listed companies
Responsibilities:
- Responsible mainly for the group's monthly closing process and coordinate with other team on the closing timeline
- Responsible for financial reporting and group consolidations under various accounting frameworks, eg. IFRS
- Play as finance business partner for dedicated business units on operational matters
- Prepare overseas statutory audit and oversee all aspects of local financial reporting and related compliance
- Provide technical accounting support for various M&A initiatives
- Support on internal audit and tax matters including annual tax filing, income tax forecast, liaise with tax department etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with exposure in property developers/ listed conglomerates; minimum 3 years trained in Big4
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and a good team player
