They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager/Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost models for various logistics services to ensure accurate pricing and profitability analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial and management reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company in Finance team
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax regulations in Hong Kong
- Manage a team of finance professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- CPA qualified
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic guidance to senior management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
