Assistant Finance Manager | Group Consolidation | 40k+

Our client is a indutsry leader in engineering under listed conglomerate. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements and reports to management and external stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the group and prepare variance analysis reports
• Manage the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, as needed
• Provide guidance and support to subordinates in the finance team
• Assist the superior with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional accounting organization
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial or management accounting experience, with experience in group consolidation and reporting
• Experience in engineering or related industries is preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications and knowledge of accounting software
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, well-organized, and good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, dedicated, and a team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
