Senior / FM (Strongly prefer Manufacturing Exp, up to 80k)

A leading manufacturing MNC is locating a new finance talent to join their fast growing team.

Key accountabilities of the position
• Lead a team in Hong Kong to work with the China account closing team to ensure the timely preparation of monthly consolidated management report for key business segments (with key operating entities in Hong Kong and overseas) in accordance with group accounting policy and HK accounting standards;
• Perform financial review and analysis on monthly management reports on both business segment and entitles level;
• Supervise the AR team head to handle the daily AR functions and the regular credit review of key customers;
• Oversee and ensure the proper and efficient monthly reconciliation process of inter-company transactions and balances amongst the group entities;
• Work with business units to ensure effective and smooth financial and operational procedures are in place;
• Assist in annual audit and tax computation of relevant legal entities in Hong Kong;
• Assist the Corporate Financial Controller on cost monitoring and annual cost budgeting on the overhead of HK head office’
• Participate in ad hoc projects when required

Key requirements for the position
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA) with big 4 experience is preferable;
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, especially in FP&A, within the disciplines of “Management and Financial Accounting” in a MNC or sizable organization;
• Mature, independent with analytical and detailed mind, problem-solving and team leadership skills;
• Able to interact effectively with different departments or units within the organization (including business unit colleagues and China closing team);
• Self initiative and willing to make changes and improvement with strong sense of process flow;
• Familiar with accounting systems, hands on experience with Flex System is an advantage;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin, able to communicate across regions and with different functional groups
