Responsibilities:
- Lead local finance team to be responsible for group consolidations process
- Provide financial analysis on group business performance
- Prepare overseas statutory audit and oversee all aspects of local financial reporting and related compliance
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and controls
- Support in finance digitalization and system implementation projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ experience managing full set of finance & accounting, with external audit firm trained would be advantageous
- Experience working in real estate/ property related business would be advantageous
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and a good team player
