One of the sizable consumer business with manufacturing across HK and China is looking for a Finance Manager to be their department head.

Responsibilities:
- Finance department head position reporting into business and supervise a sizable accounting team
- Oversee the daily accounting operations such as monitoring the accounts receivables, accounts payables cycle and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports, cashflow statement for management review
- Perform variance analysis, drive annual budgeting and monthly forecast review in support of business objectives
- Review internal control and accounting procedures and provide recommendations on constant improvements on overall operation
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- At least 10 years experience in finance accounting and analysis and with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment would be highly advantegous
- Good knowledge about HK and PRC GAAP
- Strong communicator and gravitas in engaging with senior management
- Switched-on, motivated, and strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
