Responsibilities:
- Report to Deputy Head of the Finance Department
- Responsible to lead and organise the information disclosure of financial data in the Interim and Annual Report of our listed company which include the review and write-ups of financial review;
- Responsible to lead and organise the information disclosure of financial data
- Review and evaluate the updates and changes in Hong Kong and international accounting policies and standards; as well as the disclosure requirements of Hong Kong regulatory bodies
- Liaise with external vendors to carry out annual audits and tax planning
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant, such as CPA, with a degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
- 8 years’ related work experience, experience gained in Big 4 audit firms
- Solid experience working in listed companies/ conglomerates/ property industries is needed
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
