Responsibilities:
- Responsible mainly for the group's overseas entities monthly closing process and coordinate with other team on the closing timeline
- Responsible for Financial Reporting under various accounting frameworks, eg. IFRS/US GAAP
- Prepare overseas statutory audit and oversee all aspects of local financial reporting and related compliance
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and controls
- Understand business model and evaluation of technical accounting considerations relating to new business activities
- Support regional M&A initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in auditing or in-house finance; minimum 1 year in a managerial role
- Experience in Big audit firms and multinationals preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and a good team player
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
