Sole distributor of the electronic components, with over 16 offices in global, covered a broad range of industries within the market, including consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, medical, oil and gas, energy, and aeronautics. Team is expending and looking for a AR candidate to join the in-house accounting division, preferred with solid Account Receivable background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the accounts receivable activities and debt collections
• Monitor the status of outstanding customers' accounts and follow up the overdue balances
• Handle AR settlement
• Conduct AR analysis report including AR aging report and DSO
• Evaluate new account applications & control the credit risk
• Undertake ad hoc projects as needed

Key Skills:
• Degree holder in Accounting or any related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Credit Control management / MNC
• Proficient in MS office, Strong in financial systems is highly advantageous
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, Team player, Multi-tasking, Analytical person
• Ability to work under pressure independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, considered Mandarin speaker is a plus
