- Fast growing property developer
- Review investment proposals, financial modelling
- Real estate/ property background
- Straight big4 with property related projects exposure is welcome
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of investment strategies and evaluation of potential targets in property/ real estate sectors across the regions
- Lead the full cycle of the investment process, including deal origination, structuring and execution.
- Hands on responsible for real estate financial modelling & analysis
- Prepare business presentation case
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for end to end deal cycles
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance, real estate, survey or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience gained with blue chip developer and/or real estate firm with proven track record in related deals & investment
- Armed with a strategic and perceptive mind, you will be described as commercial, adaptable and a strong business partner
- Familiar with market trends within Greater China regions
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
