EVP (Strong Investor Relation, M&A, PE, and List Co Exp)

A Leading Investment holding company (nature is car manufacturing) is locating a Executive VP to join their fast growing team and lead the company for different investment activities such as M&A and JV projects.

Job responsibilities include:

 Head of investor relations
 Monitoring of operations of all major operating entities within the group
 Sit on the board of directors of group companies
 Act as secretary of the audit committee.
 Lead all business and contract negotiations
 Lead all corporate finance / M&A / capital market transactions
 Authorized representative for all communications with SEHK
 Key contact to external auditors for finalisation of financial reporting
 General management of the Hong Kong office including staff recruitment
 Any other tasks to be assigned by the directors of the Company

Requirements:
• undergraduate and / or postgraduate degree in finance or a related field
• minimum of 10-15 years experience from the investment sector - HK capital market execution / M&A / private equity
• familiarity with the HK listing rules
• financial accounting experience a plus
• fluency in Putonghua and English
• immediate availability preferred
• remuneration commensurate with experience to be discussed
