CFO | IPO

One of the fast growing consumer business is looking for a CFO in view of their global expansion.

• Experienced in F&B/ retailing/ manufacturing industries

Job Description:

• Act as the key member of the IPO project in HK
• Responsible for the complete cycle of IPO including but no limited to oversee internal control, review internal audit procedures, prepare consolidated financial statements, all company secretarial functions and liaise with external professional bodies.
• Be a business partner working closely with top management to lead and drive the commercial growth globally
• Oversee all financial operations, financial management, reporting, budgeting & planning, auditing, tax, accounting activities of the cluster
• Manage relations with banks, financial institutions in relation to funding, transactional platforms and compliance
• Design, review & implement financial control policies and procedures and be responsible for improvements to strengthen operational efficiency
• Continuing development and improvement in financial management system. Implementation of Group policy & procedures

Requirements:

• Degree holder and qualified in professional accounting body
• Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
• Minimum 15 years of financial management experience
• Candidates with experience from retailing/ F&B/ manufacturing business is needed
• Successful IPO experience in commercial sector
• Dynamic, attentive to detail and demonstrate integrity and professionalism
