One of HK listed companies with stable busines is looking for a CFO & Company Secretary in view of the coming business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CEO and Chairman, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the full spectrum of Finance function including finance reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury of the group
• The CFO will work as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Management team by providing sound business advice and formulating financial strategy for the growth of the business
• Leading the Finance Department on interim, annual reports and financial reporting
• Strategies and preparing in full alignment with CEO, the content for Board quarterly meetings, Finance management consolidation, management monthly reporting, board reporting, treasury management and cash flow management
• Supporting the team and advising the top management of the financial implications of various key decisions
• Establish internal control system and management system
• Liaise with related parties including bankers on any corporate finance or fund-raising activities
• Other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen with professional qualification of ACCA / CPA
• Experience working in HK listed companies is needed
• Exposure in handling company secretarial tasks would be highly advantageous
• Outstanding leadership skills
• The ability to influence people and drive change; strong business acumen
