Head of Business Control | consumer business

One of the fats growing conglomerates is looking for a Head of Business Control reporting into CEO directly.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and drive business units to pursue the Company short and long term financial goals and operating targets from both commercial and financial perspectives
• Review, assess and provide commentary for the viability of business cases submitted by business units with the support of cost benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis
• Keep track and monitor business performance subsequent to the programme launch; Drive and orchestrate relevant parties to enhance programme performance according to the on-going tracking and observation
• Conduct post implementation review by collating business units feedback on the successful and lesson learnt so as to improve the plan in future
• Participate in the formulation of annual operation plan and quarterly forecast; conduct variance analysis and drive for remedial action if performance behind plan

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/Business or related discipline required
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience; experience in sizable organizations esp. in consumer/ retailing/ F&B industries preferred
• Strong business acumen with proactive personality
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Cantonese
