Payroll Executive | MNC (up to 24)

Our Client is a multi-national FMCG company with global presence. They are looking for a Payroll Executive to support their payroll for APAC regions in the payroll team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the payroll management, including but not limited to regular payroll, social security and tax administration for assigned countries, working with finance and local vendors
• Ensure full compliance under local regulatory obligations and provision of seamless payroll services
• Act as a primary point of contact for staff enquiries regarding payroll matters, and prepare various analysis reports for management review
• PO management: Managing the tax and payroll invoices
• Perform general office administration duties if required
• Ad hoc HR duties / projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Human Resources or other related Business discipline required
• Minimum 2 years of Payroll experience
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Skilled user of HR information systems; experience in SAP would be an advantage
• Be an energetic and flexible team player
• Self-motivated, able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
