A market leading US multi-national company in consultancy services industry is now looking for an AP Accountant to support their global business.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be providing accounting support in Accounts Payable functions
- Perform month end closing and annual audit process
- Handle and review accounting schedules
- Review payments and coordinate with bank on transaction and payment issues
- Assist in system implementation
- Communicate with different stakeholders, vendors, external auditors and headquarter on accounting issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind
- Fluent in English and Chinese; good verbal and written communication skills
