A world renowned and reputable luxury retail group is looking for an Accountant to support their growing Financial Reporting team in Hong Kong.
Job Duties:
- Prepare month end closing, monthly balance sheet reconciliations & accounting journals
- Prepare P&L reports, variance analysis and commentary
- Review expenses and accruals
- Perform cash flow management
- Liaise with third-party accountancy provider to prepare month end reporting & local VAT returns
- Work closely with country and regional business partners such as Finance, Marketing, Operations etc.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
- Over 5 years of working experience including audit and retail/FMCG industry background is highly preferred
- Proficient use of MS Office; Experience with JD Edwards is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind
- Fluent in English and Chinese; good verbal and written communication skills
