REGIONAL DC MANAGER
A world leading Logistics Company is looking for a Regional DC Manager to look after the regional DC of a lifestyle fashion brand.
Responsibilities:
* manage operations processes through standardisation, optimisation, documentation and control to meet given KPIs and ultimate “delivering on-time and in perfect condition” target
* implement correctly new and existing divisional operations structures, policies, processes and system
* manage day-to-day operations and take action to meet the targets for cost, service and loss / damage reduction
* conduct regular quality management practices, e.g. Lean, PACE, process documentation, service quality audits
* manage department’s budget in line with value based management principles through cost effective resources deployment in order to meet the budget requirements
* drive a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
* effectively plan and manage human and facilities / equipment resources in RDC through regular review of deployment, productivity and maintenance to meet and exceed internal and external service levels at all times, and to provide excellent service to customers
* comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within the management systems and effectively implement and maintain these management systems
* design the action plans to embed the BU strategy and tactics in the area of customer experience and lead roll out at a local level
Requirements:
* university graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
* a minimum of five years in Distribution operations, preferably with people management / supervisory experience
* fashion retail experience is a must
* good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required
* basic Project Management skills
* basic Finance knowledge (VBM)
* good interpersonal and presentation skill
* proven track records of continuous improvement
