Responsibilities:

• work with the HR Leadership team to strengthen the Employer brand through employment branding, marketing initiatives, external and internal communications
• develop and deliver the value propositions for the human capital functions
• work closely with the HR leaders to develop a firm wide marketing strategy on people and human capital issues, drive and execute plans for various HR initiatives
• build the company brand as an Employer of Choice through various marketing channels
• draft, review and edit strategic HR communications
• provide creative input into various resourcing campaigns and HR initiatives
• evaluate and make recommendations on HR marketing projects
• report to the Marketing & Communications Director

Requirements:

• university degree in marketing / communications / business or related discipline plus at least ten years of experience, including four years in a management position, preferably gained in a professional services firm, public relations agency or in a sizable MNC
• a proven networker and relationship builder at all levels and have a strong understanding / interest in the marketing and communications
• a strategic thinker and who can develop and execute projects
• excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and budgets
• experience in developing communications strategy for people engagement and change management initiatives a definite advantage
• experience working cross-territory, with an understanding of how to operate within a multicultural and multinational organisation
• excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Putonghua will be an advantage (for HK role)
• knowledge of digital media would be a plus
• a smart, organised thinker; commercially aware
• a team player with a positive attitude and a strong client service mindset
• result-oriented with intellectual curiosity and capable of creative thinking
