SENIOR CONTRACTS & NEGOTIATIONS SPECIALIST
This global technology and innovation consulting firm is now hiring a Senior Contracts & Negotiations Specialist to join it Legal Team
Responsibilities:
• review, draft, and negotiate a large number of complex customer contracts within a corporate environment
• lead/ support client/ customer negotiation on site
• advise internal clients on business practice and corporate policy
• participate as the local contracting focal point in an international deal
• provide contract training for internal clients
• assist in handling dispute resolution and customer claims
• provide contract advice on various matters
• lead the project team in deal structure and contract negotiation
Requirements:
• independently manage review, drafting and mark-up of transactional documents and correspondence
• general understanding and appreciation of Intellectual Property issues as they apply to commercial IT transactions
• able to present innovative, original solutions
• responsive and follow through on commitments
• strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
• excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• leadership skills in business practice/ development, deal structure and complex contract negotiations
• degree in law or working experience in international law firm or MNC as a plus
• fluency in English and Chinese is a must
