HEAD OF LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Major international insurance firm with over a hundred years experience servicing Consumer & Commercial clients.
Asia is growing rapidly and to support this growth a new role has been created to work strategically with the CEO to provide solid legal judgement.
Responsibilities:
• advise on new initiatives, products and establishment of offices across the Asia Pacific region.
• a track record in and be able to demonstrate relevant experience in strategic legal judgement, commercial acumen and leadership as an integral part of the management team.
Requirements:
• minimum seven years’ PQE from either Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.
• knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus however the role will be general counsel in nature and other related industries will be considered
• people Management and delegation skills given 10+ reports across the region
• previous in-house experience would be advantage, candidate from Practice with secondment experience will considered
• Asia language would be an advantage but not required
