As part of a global upgrade to our client’s Cash Management platform we are seeking enthusiastic candidate to join as Application Support specialists to take on a range of responsibilities as a key member of the project team. This role will suit candidates with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT and who are driven by the challenge of solving business and technology problems.
Responsibilities:
• provide a high level functional support on the product by phone and e-mail to front-office teams, Relationship Managers and e-banking local teams
• ensure the qualification and the follow-up of technical and functional issues with business users and technical support teams
• train back-office and e-banking teams and any other identified person on support processes within the product and bank interfaces
• realise a regular reporting of the activity, following service level agreement indicators required by the business line, completed with analysis and potential recommendations to improve the service
• respect CMMI project documentation and process
• update of the knowledge database to optimise and improve the support activity
• compose and update procedures intended for front-office teams
Requirements:
• knowledge of the cash management
• interest for internet technical trouble shooting
• be able to qualify technical issue
• good interpersonal skills
• ability to prioritise: in particular be able to manage and anticipate activity peaks
• fluent in English; with Mandarin an advantage
• team work player; willing to work under pressure and mission oriented
• three years’ experience in application support, preferably in financial industry
• CMMi exposure is a plus
