A number of clients in the financial services industry will be kicking-off major IT projects shortly after the Chinese New Year holiday. As such, we have multiple openings for candidates with strong Business Analysis skills combined with financial services industry experience. Roles will be offered on a 12 month contract basis with the view of converting to permanent based on performance of the organisation and the candidate.
In general we are looking for candidates who will be interested in the below responsibilities and can meet the following requirements.
Responsibilities:
• take ownership of gathering business requirements
• translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications
• ensure traceability of requirements through each stage of the SDLC
• identify and segregate core business requirements from region specific enhancements
• liaise with global requirements and architecture team to ensure global standards are followed and facilitate their inclusion in the global models
• develop strong partnerships with the regional business analysts and project teams
• ensure the team delivers excellent customer service to the business teams
• develop knowledge in business analysis techniques in order to drive continuous improvement in the business analysis process
Requirements:
• an experienced Business Analyst who has worked across the full SDLC lifecycle
• previous experience working in a finance environment is preferable
• resolves a wide range problems – solution oriented and in create ways
• university degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• proven application development experience
• excellent problem solving and communication skills
• ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to systems problems
