The client is a world prestigious luxury brand. To support with the Group’s continuous growth and expansion, the client is now looking for a Training Manager to sustain the business growth through effective value-added people development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• formulate, execute and manage training and people development strategies and design overall training programs framework and its contents
• develop and deliver training programs/ corporate people development projects for various business functions and monitor the learning effectiveness
• conduct training activities and coaching to retail staff to enhance customer services level and product knowledge
• ensure effective and smooth training administration and logistics support is in place
• create learning culture in the organisation

Requirements:

• degree holder in Training and Development or relevant disciplines
• five to seven years’ experience in training field; preferably in fashion/ apparel / retailing industry
• hands-on experience in delivering training and developing training materials is required
• strong analytical and organisation skills
• excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• less experience will be considered for Training Officer
