The client is a very large UK listed multinational has newly created a position for a seasoned HR professional to join the regional HR team.
Responsibilities:
• responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties
• business partner to the senior management team taking an active interest in the growth and development of the company
• initiate and implement HR strategies in line with changing business strategies
• ensure the talent pipeline for the organisation to ensure succession planning
• provide leadership and supervision on all daily HR operations
Requirements:
• prior experience working with multinationals in a regional role within a manufacturing industry will be a definite advantage
• this will be a hands on role that will require to drive and implement the changes across the region
• at least six to eight years’ of working experience in a managerial capacity
• travelling will be required for this position
• fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
