A leading Investment company in Hong Kong is looking to recruit a strong HR Generalist to support all HR functions in the busy HK office.
Responsibilities:
- handle recruitment and sourcing of suitable candidates including but not limited to regular employees and temporary staff / contractors
- act in the capacity of HR Generalist to provide pro-active support and advice to line managers in respect of employee-related issues, as well as maintaining good relations with line managers and staff
- assist in the coordination of training activities and supporting related logistics
- assist in organising employee relations activities
- provide administrative support to HR Services and the HR Department on a day-to-day basis
- participate and execute HR related projects and Group HR initiatives as and when required
- produce HR reports on regular basis and in response to ad hoc request
Requirements:
- degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources preferably gained from financial industry
- generalist HR knowledge is a definite advantage
- strong language skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- good computer skills
- a team player with good communication skills
- a self-starter requiring minimum supervision with good common sense
- professional, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
