SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Large local conglomerate is now looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Property & Development subsidiary.
Responsibilities:
• prepare financial models and management reports for property portfolio
• prepare variance analysis against forecast / budget
• assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast
• prepare full set of accounts, including monthly profit statement and cash flow statement
Requirements:
• degree holder in Accounting/Finance, member of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• five to six years' relevant experience, preferably in Big 4 and sizable commercial company
• analytical mind, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and preferably with knowledge in Oracle system
• fluency is English and Cantonese is a must; conversational Mandarin is required
• must be willing to work every other Saturdays for half a day
