ACCOUNTANT – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Growing accessories retailer/wholesaler is now looking to expand their Finance department and is looking for an Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• responsible for all the finance and day-to-day accounting functions in Accounts receivable
• responsible for accounts closings and preparation of financial and management schedules/reports in a timely and accurate manner
• compliance with accounting policies & procedures
• monitor inventory system
• credit control, invoice management and handling collection of LC
• in-charge of inter-company reconciliation
• liaise with headquarter, various departments, external parties, business partners and auditors
• participate in stock take
• ad hoc assignment is required
Requirements:
• degree in Accountancy or related disciplines and finalist in ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent professional bodies
• min five years’ relevant experience in wholesale/retail business
• prior experience in multi-national corporation would be highly preferable
• familiar with letter of credit and shipping documents
• hands-on experience in ERP system
• good sense of internal control and strong numeric sense
• self-driven, analytical, detail oriented and meet tight deadlines
• good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
