My client is a large conglomerate dealing with a diverse range of businesses from Real Estate to F&B to Retail and many more. The holdings company is expanding and finds a need for a Consolidation Manager in order to gather and consolidate all financial data from its many business units. The candidate should have a great sense or responsibility and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• prepare / review the consolidation of all the company's related entities
• prepare / review the consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annually)
• review intercompany transactions on a monthly basis to ensure proper elimination in consolidated results
• assist with monitoring the timeliness of monthly / quarterly close and ensure results are properly consolidated and reported within deadlines
• assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses and maintain / review their ledgers on a monthly basis to ensure proper consolidation of their operating entities
• assist with external auditor requests / questions during quarterly reviews and annual audit
Requirements:
• one to two years of Management Reporting experience
• at least 2 years of Financial Accounting or External/Internal Auditing experience
• previous experience in the construction and engineering would be a plus
• solid and strong consolidation experience
• fluent English and conversational Mandarin skills
