Due to increasing demand from the internal client groups, one of the top tier investment banks is looking for a senior professional to join the education team as L&D Director with a focus on technology training.
Responsibilities:
function as the regional program manager for all technical / technology training
work closely with the business to manage and design the training curriculum
business partner to provide advice to line concerning all technical training issues
implement the technical training strategy for Asia Technology & Data
manage external vendors
lead and participate in regional projects
Requirements:
degree educated
at least five years of L&D experience preferably gained with financial institutions
good knowledge of Information Technology
solid program management experience
regional experience required
excellent communications skills with the ability to deal with demanding client groups
native English, other Asian language a plus
